Okay, let’s dive in to how these meal plans are going to work - keeping in mind, they will definitely evolve over time, as we get feedback from you guys, and I promise they will just keep getting better and better!
Let’s break it down!
Grocery Lists 2-Ways!
Now I know, from experience, that making 5 meals in a week is a lot and, frankly, a little unattainable, but we included 5 different meals so that you would have options. Which leads me to the grocery lists: we have 1 grocery list that includes ingredients for all 5 meals. Maybe you make one on Sunday and cook through Thursday and then order pizza Friday?
But then we also have a grocery list broken down by recipe so you can pick and choose what you want to make.
Substitutions
For each recipe, we have substitutions for making them gluten-free/dairy-free.
Meal Prep Guide
Then, we have a few suggestions on parts of each recipe that are meal-preppable. So, if you want to put in a little time on Sunday, you can set yourself up for success for the week!
We also included one REALLY easy dinner: the classic tuna pasta salad - because, frankly, I think it is underrated and a little bit forgotten! It is SO good! My version was inspired by my MIL’s recipe so it is the version Mike, my husband, grew up eating.
