It’s time for another exclusive recipe - only available on Substack - and it is a GOOD ONE!!

These Soy Ginger Lime Grilled Steak Noodles Bowls are what summer dinner dreams are made of. So much flavor. Easy to throw together. Kid-friendly. Yes, please!

An Easy & Delicious Grilled Dinner (your kids will like!)

Move over rice bowls :) because these Grilled Steak Noodle Bowls are AMAZING! They will be on permanent rotation this summer because 1) they utilize the grill, which I love, 2) they are full of fresh, colorful ingredients and 3) the flavors are amazing and my kids loved it too!

We just finished up our Get Outside and Grill Series (check out all the recipes in that series HERE) and this is a BONUS RECIPE for our paid subscribers (if you aren’t a paid subscriber yet, feel free to use your 7-day trial anytime and access this recipe below, plus our full archives, which include our Guide to Grilling Dinner, several meal plans + grocery lists and other exclusive recipes that you won’t find on our site!).

Gluten-Free: two easy subs will make this gluten-free for you - 1) use Tamari instead of soy sauce and 2) use a gluten-free noodle!

Meal Prep (Set Yourself Up for Success)

  • Make Sauce/Marinade: combine all the Sauce/Marinade ingredients and place in a mason jar, cover and refrigerate until you need it!

  • Prep Veggies: cut up those veggies and make sure the edamame is thawed (if using frozen), it will help this recipe come together so much quicker!

Alright let’s dive into some step-by-step photos so you can see all the key steps and then the recipe follows!

Tools I Used:

  • Chef knife

  • Cutting board

  • Gas grill

  • Digital Meat Thermometer
