Yay, It’s Summer Dinner Meal Plan
School is coming to an end for the year and the temperatures are warming up, which means we are ready to bring our cooking outside for some amazing dinners that are perfect for summer! Our family makes all of these recipes several times every summer because they are easy to make and full of flavor!
Dairy-Free/Gluten-Free Options
These recipes are all gluten-free and dairy-free friendly - we always note when you can make a substitution!
Grocery List - 2 Ways!
Making 5 whole recipes in a week is a lot - but we like providing 5 different recipes for you to choose from (maybe one ends up being your Sunday night dinner?) - but then we provide 2 different grocery lists: 1) one list is for the entire week of recipes, if that works for you 2) another is broken down by recipe, so you can pick and choose which ones work best for you.
1 Super Easy Recipe
If you haven’t noticed, I generally like to include at least 1 “super easy” recipe to lighten the load during the week. For this menu plan, it is Grilled Hot Dogs + Grilled Broccoli + Watermelon Slices. This one takes barely any prep time and a very short cook time! Gotta love that!
