Meal Plan #7 is officially ready for you and it’s packed with delicious dinners that all use fresh summer produce! Whether you shop the local farmer’s markets, have a garden yourself, or just love the fresh produce that is popping in the summer, we have 5 fresh dinners just for you. Let’s dive in!
Dairy-Free/Gluten-Free Options
These recipes are all gluten-free and dairy-free friendly - we always note when you can make a substitution!
Grocery List - 2 Ways!
Making 5 whole recipes in a week is a lot - but we like providing 5 different recipes for you to choose from (maybe one ends up being your Sunday night dinner?) - but then we provide 2 different grocery lists: 1) one list is for the entire week of recipes, if that works for you, and 2) another is broken down by recipe, so you can pick and choose which ones work best for you.
1 Super Easy Recipe
If you haven’t noticed, I generally like to include at least 1 “super easy” recipe to lighten the load during the week. In this meal plan, it is our Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad! Option to cook all of the chicken for this salad, plus the Strawberry Chicken Salad, at one time to make this night easier OR pick-up a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store to make it super simple. Just mix it all up in one bowl, gotta love that!
